Tree Removal in Panora, Lake Panorama & Central Iowa
Sometimes a tree has to come down: it's dead, leaning toward the house, split in a storm, or just in the wrong spot. Grounded Tree Co. removes trees for homeowners across Panora, Lake Panorama, Guthrie Center, Perry, Adel and the Des Moines metro.
Taken down in pieces, not dropped
Close to a house, garage, fence or dock, there's often no room to fell a tree in one piece. With our bucket trucks and specialized rear lot equipment, we take it down in controlled sections, so it comes down where we want it.
Signs a tree may need to come down
It's dead, or mostly bare when the rest of the yard has leafed out
Large cracks or splits in the trunk, or a big limb has torn off
It has started leaning, or the soil is heaving at the base
Mushrooms or soft, hollow wood at the base or trunk
It's crowding the house or growing into lines
Not every problem tree needs removal. Sometimes trimming fixes it. We'll tell you honestly which one we'd do.
Cleanup and stumps
We haul or chip the wood and clean up the yard. Want the stump gone too? We can grind it out on the same visit.
